Digital Assistants by Simplified Support

Not sure what to say, what to ask, or what should happen next?

Choose the assistant that matches the task in front of you. Describe the situation in your own words and get clear, practical help with EHCPs, SEND communication, evidence and meetings.

Free to use · No account needed · Your chat clears when you leave

You do not need to know the right terminology.

Start with what has happened, what you are worried about, or the document you are trying to understand. The assistant can help you organise it.

  • Ask a question in ordinary language
  • Receive structured, practical next steps
  • Copy the useful wording and personalise it
  • Move to a different specialist whenever you need
The assistants provide general information and drafting support, not legal, medical or crisis advice. Do not include identifying details about a child.

What they actually do

Practical support for the work that SEND families already have to do

They do not replace your judgement or make decisions for you. They help you understand information, organise evidence and communicate more clearly.

01

Explain what is happening

Ask about an EHCP section, a statutory timescale or wording in a letter and get a plain-English explanation.

02

Help you prepare

Turn notes into a focused email, meeting agenda, parent contribution, evidence record or list of questions.

03

Check what you have

Review whether provision is specific, wording is clear and the needs, outcomes and support link together.

One question at a time

Ask it the way you would say it

You do not need to prepare a perfect prompt. Give the relevant facts without names or identifying details, then review and personalise the response before using it.

The provision in Section F says “access to support when needed”. What should I check?

Check whether it names who provides the support, what they do, how often it happens, how long it lasts and the level of expertise required. “Access to” and “when needed” can leave those points unclear.
